In a video which has surfaced online shows the moment a small boy was drinking a bottle of beer while in party amid the presence of adults.
A twitter user identified as Izanate shared the video online, the handler wrote: “What the h*ll is this video. Dvmn we don’t have child protective services in this country for real.”
